Goal
Attempting to download and modify a template to be used in Report Manager reports, you have noticed on Excel 2007 the Oracle Menu is not available to upload the template back to the system.
The issue is just the same on using any other functionality of the applications along with webadi on Microsoft Office 2007 (uploading journals,budgets and so on).
