Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to click the [Parts] link on the Technician Portal the following error occurs.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Application.
2. Open the Field Service Technician Dashboard.
3. Query for open tasks.
4. Having select one task, change the status from "Accepted" to "Working", and save the change.
5. Click either the 'update' or 'debrief' link.
6. Click the Parts link, and system will display the error message.
