ATO Item Attribute At Org Level Does Not Affect Order Line Value For ATO Flag (Doc ID 819924.1)

Symptoms

ATO checkbox is unchecked on an order line when entering an item which has the item attribute 'Assemble to Order' switched on against the shipping Organization. 'Assemble to Order' attribute is switched off at the master organization.

When the attribute is switched on at the master org, the ATO checkbox is then checked.
