This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU5 RU2 find that Unscheduled appointments are not sorted by ID.
Expect the Shipment IDs of shipments with no appointments to be sorted by ID.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Appointment Manager.
2. Look at the section listing the Shipments with no appointments.
3. Note they are not sorted by ID.
