Q1: How does one change the texts of OLM notifications?

Q2: How does one change value for timeout variable for OLM?
More specifically, if we want the learner request to time out if the manager does not approve the
learning request in a stipulated time (say 7 days), how do we achieve it?

Q3: 1. If changing the attribute value (as mentioned), does the value change for all the processes
