On OTM Version 6.0, when attempting to click on the I-button (Information) the following error is received:

You do not have rights to access

-- Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into OTM
2. Click on the I (Information) at the top of OTM.
