Symptoms

Problem Statement
Purchase Requisitions generated from MRP are not using UOM defined at Item.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Define MDS
2.Define MPS. Add MPS Items, weekly demand
3.Define MRP. Add options.
4.Launch MRP
5.Inquiry > Workbench> Supply/Demand> Search Item
6. Release Planned Order

Expected Behavior
Expect MRP to release Planned Order using purchasing UOM
