Error APP-SQLGL-08214 in GLXJEENT Form When Changing the Tax to 'Required' (Doc ID 820857.1)

Symptoms

When trying to enter a journal, modify the Tax field to “Required” it generates the following error message:

'MO: Operating Unit' profile option is set at Site level. 
Data access is set at Site level.
There is only one Primary Ledger with only one Operating Unit.
