This problem can occur on any platform.
Find that if a life event is run for the employee in the middle of the year then FSA amount is recalculated and the annual element amount is different than the annual communicated amount.
Expect annual element amount of FSA plan to be equal to annual communication amount.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Add a Benefit Manual Life Event on 16-Feb-2009.
3. Process the Life Event.
4. FSA Plan shows new deduction of $71.40.His annual election from open enrollment was $1800 and at 24 pay periods that is $75.00 which is what he has been paying since January.
