R12:AP:APXINWKB: Upgraded Clearing Invoices Do Not Have Payment Methods

-- Problem Statement:
11i upgraded clearing invoices are appearing in R12 without a payment method.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. go into clearing transactions responsibility
2. query for upgraded invoices by using earlier dates
3. open invoice
4. scroll to 'payment method' field, which is blank
5. select 'Lines' tab and receive 'Note' indicating 'Payment Method must be Entered'
-- Business Impact:
Unable to view payment method
Upgraded to R12
