Symptoms
On 12.0.6 in Production:
When running an FSG using Report Manager with a large content set, the report output is not displayed and the following
error message is displayed:
Failed to get the expanded values: file:/<DIR>/o<REQUESTID>.out<Line 585, Column 6>:
XML-20109: (Fatal Error) PI with the name 'xml' can occur only in the beginning of the document.
