External candidates are not receiving any notifications for password resets.
Other notifications are working correctly.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the iRecruitment external site.
2. Register as a new user.
4. Go back to the iRecruitment external site.
4. Click the link 'Did you forget your password?'
5. Enter email address to send the new password.
