When trying to ship confirm a trip or a delivery, get the following error:
Error: The trip/delivery selected for ship confirm has errors.
Error: A valid document category does not exist.
Error: A valid document category does not exist.
STEPS
Responsibility: OM Super User
1. Navigate : Shipping>Transactions
2. In query manager select a trip.
3. Ship confirm action is selected.
4. Then error is displayed
5. This same error may also occur if a delivery is selected and ship confirmed.
