Symptoms

Output files of zero file size are generated intermittently for PLSQL based concurrent programs. The issue vanishes temporarily when you restart the concurrent managers however it starts happening again after sometime.

Also observed that when issue happens the same temporary file is being used. The below SQL can be used to verify the usage of temp file when launching the concurrent programs.

As can be seen the temp file name for all the requests are *1016752.tmp.This is a problem !
