R12: Updates in OID are not propagated to E-Business Suite (Doc ID 822764.1)

Symptoms

On 10.1.4.2 in Production:


Find that a modification to AD records, for example the '€˜mail'€™, the change is successfully synchronized to OID. However, the change is not carried over to EBS.

Expect to see the changes performed in AD through E-business suite.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change the 'mail' on the AD record.
2. The change is successfully synchronized to OID.
3. The change is not carried over to EBS as expected.
