Symptoms
Find that a course that has been created with the OTA_ACTIVITY_VERSION_API.Create_activity_version
API is correctly created in the database but doesn't appear in the Learning Administrator Catalog
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see this course in the catalog.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a script calling the OTA_ACTIVITY_VERSION_API.Create_activity_version API
2. run this script
3. log as OLM administrator and navigate to the catalog
4. The course is not visible.
