Work Orders Are Not Being Created From Preventive Maintenance Schedules (Doc ID 823533.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2,

When running the concurrent process to create the Work Orders in order to generate the work orders, the following error is recorded in the log

Exit with java Exception:
Cannot record the exception message, please run as online mode with the same setting
