Work Orders Are Not Being Created From Preventive Maintenance Schedules (Doc ID 823533.1)

When running the concurrent process to create the Work Orders in order to generate the work orders, the following error is recorded in the log

and eps.set_name_id = :3 a serial..inv item ID:XXXX..SN:XXXXXX
Exit with java Exception:
Cannot record the exception message, please run as online mode with the same setting out of the loop the end
PMEngine: Execute: Everything Done. returning

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run Generate Work Order concurrent program
