Symptoms


Trying to run the 'UAE Payment Output File' and the LOV for Payment Method contains no values.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In AE HRMS Responsibility
2. Navigate to Submit Reports & Processes
3. Pick UAE Payment Output File
4. Payment Method Parameter
5. No LOV for Payment Method
