You want the email to work the same as the fax dunning statement regarding email failures.
The status of the email - sucessful/failed should be updated in the Oracle tables, so that it can
be accessed and reported on the Dunning status report. The updates to the email id if the dunning
fails due to incorrect emails is picked up and reflected in the table and picked by the subsequent
dunning request to be sent out again.
The workflow should be updated with the status if the dunning fails so that it does not move to
the next work item.
