Unable to View Transaction Details When When Location for the Receipt and Invoice are Different (Doc ID 824384.1)

The receipt hyperlink under Activities errors when the Location on the Receipt, doesn't match the Invoice Bill-to.  When clicking on the hyperlink for the Receipt under Activities, it errors with the following:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper
