Symptoms

A user has created a new Knowledge Management solution and submitted it to the authoring flow.
When searching for the solution, the user cannot see it when searching using "Other Solutions in progress I can lock and update" but the solution is returned when searching using "All Solutions in Progress".

However, the user cannot lock the solution for update.
