Goal

Report manager Online Help say that "You can apply many of the native Microsoft Excel cell
formatting options to a particular cell or group of cells in the template, and runtime the
formatting will be applied to cells that correspond to the data intersection" but not all the cell
formatting features seem to be working properly in Report Manager.
