Customer Interface Error: APP-AR-11526: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512: at "APP

Symptoms

Customer Interface (RACUST) errors out when trying to create the customer profiles at site level with credit_hold = 'Y'. This happens for cases wherein the customer profile at the Account level is already defined as on hold. The package OE_Holds_PUB.Process_Holds() throws an exception and this results in completion of 'Customer Interface' with error.

Excerpt from the log file shows the following error:
