Goal

Always opens the French Login Page in the following combinations of Application's Languages and Browser's Language preference. How to open the US English Login Page?

Login URL: http://<hostname>:<port>/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

Internet Explorer browser's language preference: French

Language Preference of the browser can be changed/viewed from the following navigation:
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options >Languages

E-Business Suite Languages:

English(US) - Base
French(I) - Installed
Spanish(E) - Installed
