Symptoms

When opening Universal Search, the following error messages are displayed:

Error
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option
FND_INDICATOR_COLORS in routine &ROUTINE.

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. (R) Telesales Agent
  2. Click Universal Search
