Customer Form, Sites Issue: Inactive Sites are Not Visible Even When Searching with Status = Inactive (Doc ID 826830.1)

When viewing details of a customer who has inactive sites, the inactive sites are not returned in the results even if in the Account Sites Region you explicitly set Status = Inactive from the drop down list.
