1. This happens on a newly cloned instance and not on the cloned-from instance
2. (R) Compensation Manager (N) Tasks -> Import / Export
3. Click on New Import
4. In Define Data Source section, choose Client
5. Click the Go button
6. Select any file from your local filesystem
7. Click Submit
