Symptoms
When try to publish large FSG's through report manager get poor performance.
Using a standard FSG Generic template some of the larger FSG reports take 14 -24 hours to complete the FRM_FO_GENERATOR module: FO Generator,
which is responsible for publishing a report in HTML format. The report completes the initial stage quite quickly and excel can be published before the FO:Generator is complete,
but this leads to multiple long running processes which has an impact on general performance.
