Symptoms

We have a development instance and we always run workflow background process manually in this instance, rather than scheduled.

Somehow when we run the process for OM Order Line type, for Deferred process, it took 7-8 hours to
run every time, which does not make sense to us, because there is nothing much to process.
This caused problems to our development.
