Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version: 5.5.05.02 to 5.5.05.06
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

An attempt to build a multistop shipment is failing when the following selection on the Ignore Criteria page is checked

-Under Equipment Constraints, check Equipment Capacity

Even though the total weight is less than availiable equipment allows between the orders, the error below is received. If the check Equipment Capacity is not checked on the Ignore Criteria page, the multistop builds successfully.

Error:

Failed to get designated SEquipment from neither shipment <TShipment1_ID>
(SOURCE->DEST1) nor shipment <TShipment2_ID> (SOURCE->DEST2)
