"Failed to get designated SEquipment" When Attempting to Build Multistop Shipment and Selecting Ignore Criteria Option "Equipment Capacity"

This problem can occur on any platform.
-Under Equipment Constraints, check Equipment Capacity
Even though the total weight is less than availiable equipment allows between the orders, the error below is received. If the check Equipment Capacity is not checked on the Ignore Criteria page, the multistop builds successfully.
