Symptoms

In R12, after setting the privilege 'view only' for global, the global user when trying to update the price list attribute
and save it it shows "transaction applied and saved" . On re-querying the price list the changes are not saved.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to the application as <user_1>/<user_1_password>
2) Go to Oracle Pricing Administrator Setup : Security
3) Go to Privileges
4) Express Create Privilege
5) Entity type: Standard price List
Price List Name : Corporate
Grantee type : User
Grantee name : <user_1>
Access Level - Maintain
Apply
6)Go to Privileges
7) Express Create Privilege
8) Entity type: Standard price List
Price List Name : Corporate
Grantee type : Global
Grantee name :
Access Level - View Only
Apply

Log off, login as <user_2>/<user_2_password>
Queried the price list .
Changed the description.
Save it. Transaction Applied Ad Saved.
Close the form , again re-query it the item description showed as saved but doesn't change.
