Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

After upgrading from 11.5.9 to R12.0.4, when opening an SR (CSXSRISR form having default folder active) from UWQ or Dispatch Center, the SR form will show up as empty form for a short moment and the data will be filled after that.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected is that form will be filled in with data immediately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an SR from UWQ or Dispatch Center
2. The SR form will show up as empty form for a short moment and the data will be filled after that.
The behavior irritates the agent as they assume that the the call did not work corretly.
