Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Running a report in Oracle Transportation Management results in a REP-0159 error.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log onto OTM.
2. Attempt to run any OTM report by going to Business Process Automation->Report Manager.
3. Notice the error received - REP-159.
