Deleting Jobs, Error's: APP-PAY-06048: You cannot delete this record. It is used by Oracle Purchasing (Doc ID 829735.1)

When attempting to delete a job, the following error occurs:

"APP-PAY-06048: You cannot delete this record. It is used by Oracle Purchasing".

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new Job.
2. Create new position. Attach this Job to this position.
3. Assign the approval group to this position.

- Purchasing Super User > Setup > Approvals > Approval Assignments Assign documents Types to the Job > Save

4. Now delete the Position. Able to delete the position.
5. Tried to delete the job. Giving the error.
