Symptoms
On 12.0.6 in Production:When attempting to use Forms Personalization in the Production environment, the Personalization
causes the HTML Workflow approval notifications to generate Java errors. The Notification does not get sent to the user.
Changes
The following Personalizations were done to the NtfDetailsAttr page:
1. Select Functional Administrator responsibility
Click Personalization tab
Search for Document Path -- /oracle/apps/fnd/wf/worklist/webui/NtfDetailsAttr
2. Click Personalize Page icon
Set context as shown below, and click Apply
- Scope: Notification Detail Attributes
- Site: Include
3. Click Create Item icon in the “Cell Format: (leftCell)” row – see arrow above
- Expanded "Stack Layout: Notification Details Attributes"
- Search: CELL FORMAT > Go
- Cell Format: (LeftCell) | Row Layout | Yes
- Create Item
4. Select Spacer as the Item Style
Set the ID (screen shot below) and click Apply
5. Back on the Structure form, click Create Item icon again in the “Cell Format: (leftCell)” row
6. Select Link as the Item Style
Fill in the values as shown below
Then Review that the following new ITEMS are created:
Table Layout: (leftTable) Yes
Spacer: (bmi_spc1) Yes
Link: Additional Information Yes
