Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05.04, Find that when editing the Auto data assignment in a sub-domain by logging in on a parent domain, the entries in the tables, AUTO_ASSIGN_RULE_DEF_D and AUTO_ASSIGN_RULE_DEF_D_LIST are saved in parent domain

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the data is stored in the sub-domain

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Auto Data Assignment rule in the sub-domain
2. Then log on to the parent domain and edit the auto data assignment rule
3. see that the entries in the tables, AUTO_ASSIGN_RULE_DEF_D and AUTO_ASSIGN_RULE_DEF_D_LIST are stored in the parent domain
