Symptoms

When clicking the Contracts Tab in Contact Center the performance is quite slow - search is very slow (4-5 minutes) to return Contract data to the window

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that this search would complete in approximately in good time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the applications and select a Customer Support responsibility
2. Navigate to Customer Management > Contact Center > Query customer
3. Click Contracts Tab.
