Goal

How does one change the precision for rounding the tax amount?

Example:
You have an order 14101686 and Tax Rate is 19 5%
You see that lines 1.1 and 2.1 are in excess by .005 each causing an overall excess of .01 EUR.

line # tax
------ -------
1.1    5878.13 (extended amount of 30,937.50 with tax at 19%, the tax is calculated to 5889.125 - this tax is rounded to precision 2.)
2.1    5878.13 (extended amount of 30,937.50 with tax at 19%, the tax is calculated to 5889.125 - this tax is rounded to precision 2.)
3.1    9405.00 (extended amount of 49,500 with tax at 19%, the tax is calculated to 9405. - OK.)

Problem is that: Extra tax calculated on an order by 0.01 EUR due to rounding.

If you process the order, then the Invoice show the same taxes:
Screen shot of the invoice shows the lines have the same tax on lines: (VAT_Calculations.doc)
1. 5878.13
2. 5878.13
3. 9405.00

You are expecting the line level tax to be:
Line 1.1 : 5878.125
Line 1.2 : 5878.125
Line 1.3 : 9405.000

Total on Header: 21161.250

Questions:
1. Is this a bug?
2. Or is this the expected functionality?
3. Or is there a profile options setting to change the precision on the tax on the lines?
