Goal
Q1: Every attempt to ship confirm any delivery results in the following warning message:
Error: A valid document category does not exist
Pack slip information could not be automatically created for delivery <delivery id which is being ship confirmed>
If the packing slip is not being used, can this error be suppressed?
Q2: Since the system expects the packing slip to be generated, what are the setup steps that need to be performed for packing slip generation.
