Symptoms
When running mass allocation, no journal is created and the following error occurs:
Error D : No journal was created because accounts for allocation basis have zero or no balances.
- You find that the Mass Allocation formula is defined properly following all the rules.
- The accounts used for allocation have correct balances.
Changes
Upgrade from R11i application to R12.
