Symptoms
A report template is being edited and when the upload to Oracle button is pressed the error messageAn Error occurred while inserting the template into template manager
Steps To Reproduce:
* Select 'Financial Report Template Editor'
* Select the FSG Name for which you want to create the template
* Select 'Create New'
* Select 'American English' for language
* Select 'Excel Template Editor'
* Select 'Overwrite Existing Template' to checked
* Select 'Enable Drill' to Checked
* Upload the template.
Unable to edit the template
