Error during Order checkout search for Related Customer Account for Shipping and Billing Error: "No Records Found"

Oracle iStore is not showing related customers in Checkout.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup relationship in AR Customer form
- Login to iStore
- Click "Change" button next to customer on shipping page
- Search for related customer with either customer name or account number.
iStore will not show any related customers and address field shows "no records found".
- Same behavior observed on billing page.
