Error during Order checkout search for Related Customer Account for Shipping and Billing Error: "No Records Found" (Doc ID 834811.1)

Symptoms

Oracle iStore is not showing related customers in Checkout.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup relationship in AR Customer form
  2. Login to iStore
  3. Checkout
  4. Click "Change" button next to customer on shipping page
  5. Search for related customer with either customer name or account number. 
    iStore will not show any related customers and address field shows "no records found".
  6. Same behavior observed on billing page.
