Symptoms
On 12.0 / 12.1.1
When attempting to run Diagnostic ACT report, the following error occurs.
ERROR - Exception occured in RDAACT
ACTION - oracle.apps.fnd.oam.diagnostics.exception.DiagnosticsException: Command executed in the
underlying Operating System hasn't exited successfully. Please look into the log for more details
OS command execution error: java.io.PrintWriter

Changes
When running manually the Diagnostic tool, no error occurs :
e.g.
cd $IZU_TOP/bin
./rda.sh -vdCRP -e APPL_SHORT='GL' ACT
./rda.sh -vdCRP -e APPL_SHORT='AD' ACT
The content of FND_NODES show nodes which are no more used or which are disabled.
