Goal

Q1: Japanese charactors in Customer PO number are not correctly downloaded in Order Organizer form with File export

In the application, the field Customer PO number shows correct Japanese characters:
000xxx YYYYYY (--> real Japanese characters)

In the exported file "fnd_gfm.tsv" :
000216 ソソソソソ (--> wong chars)

Q2: Is there a risk in setting up this option to UTF8 at Site Level ?

Q3: What is the recommendation from Oracle for this profile option at site level for a multi-countries environment ?
