When opening the "Journal Entry Actions" form the following error occurs:

ERROR
"Value XX for the flexfield segment IntCompania does not exist in the value set COMPANY_SEGMENT."

These value exist in the segment.
This is a default value for the segment with the error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XTR Responsibility => Setup => System => Journal Entry Actions
2. When opening the form, the error message is showed.
