On 22.214.171.124 in Production:
Email notifications are not received.
Workflow mailer configuration seems to be correct and the Workflow Services are all running, internal notifications are received by users in the Worklist but not by email.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive workflow email notifications.
