Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to run the Comprehensive Order Detail Report that includes sales order 123329,
the following error occurs:

MSG-99999: $Header: OEXOECOD.rdf 115.54.11510.7 2005/02/15 22:55 maysriva ship
REP-1401: 'item_dspformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM responsibility
2. Reports, Requests > Reports
3. Run 'Comprehensive Order Detail Report' with parameters:
P_sob_id='1'
P_organization_id='2'
P_order_by='ORDER_TYPE'
P_order_num_lo='123329'
P_order_num_hi='123329'
P_ORDER_CATEGORY='SALES'
P_LINE_CATEGORY='ALL'
P_open_orders='Y'
P_sales_credits='Y'
P_adjustments='Y'
P_functional_currency='N'
P_PRINT_DESCRIPTION='I'
P_END_CUST='N'

Order #123329 is an order with 1 configured item on.
The item and BOM are in good shape and have been processed on other orders.

Due to this issue, users cannot run the report for this order or with the date 27-may-09 is in
order date range.
