Diagnostics Tests do not appear under the node after upgrade to 12.0.6

- Login as sysadmin
- Go to application Diagnostics > Diagnose
- Click on the select application button
- Select Receivables from the LOV window.
- Expand 'Receipts' node
- Click on the "configure" tab.
- Select Receivables from the application table and click on the view group button.
- Select Receipts from the group and click on the view tests button.
