Unable to Search for Employee Owned Instances in Install Base (Doc ID 837475.1)

Symptoms

When searching for instances in Install Base with the owner party type 'Employee', no instances is found.


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Installed Base User>Quick search the item >Updated the instance with owner party type as 'employee' 
2. Requery the item in Quick search screen; no search is returned.  No instance is found.
