On the Service Request form, When attempting to submit charges to OM an error occurs.
Error message from Order management
"The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a
valid item-warehouse combination"
Item Validation resulted in errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR
2. Add charges lines
3. Add business process
4. Add service activity
5. Add labor item
6. Submit charges
7. Error occurs
